One of Britain's greatest ever engineers and voted sixth in the BBC's Great Britons contest (Newton was fourth), the irrepressible Isambard Kingdom Brunel was a man for whom nothing was impossible and whose achievements changed the face not only of Britain, but of the world. Some Kind Words...

"As part of a home education group, today we visited the Brunel Museum, where David delivered an excellent workshop and a museum visit, perfectly pitching the delivery for the audience of 6-10 year olds.

He was historically perfectly accurate, but also added very funny spin to it, keeping the children's attention, and providing them with plenty opportunities for participation and questions.

My children are obsessed with Brunel, and this was a brilliant addition to their learning and knowledge.

We hope to see David again and learn even more about his times from "the real Brunel" himself.  Many thanks from us all !"
